It was a quiet hotel in a very very nice area, near a movie theater which was a plus and Middletown during a trip to Kings Island and surrounding area and several restaurants and shopping choices. I was charged twice on two different cards for one night stay when I checked in late I advised the desk I was changing my method of payment they said they could not help me I called Booked.net they called the desk for me and advised them what to do the next morning I checked out paid with a different form of payment confirmed I was not being charged twice and yet I was charged on two different cards I have since called and spoken to them 3 times and they basically took the attitude oh well it will drop off your card eventually I don't feel the best satisfactory I asked them to put through a credit on either one of the two cards and they said I just have to wait it out I have left my name and number three times for a manager to call me back no one has called me back at this point I think they should take something off the bill their error is tying up $150 in my checking account since one of the forms of payment was a debit card

The room was spacious and very comfortable with 2 queen beds and great air conditioning, the location was convenient to the Cinci outlet mall, and the service was attentive with good attention to detail.

Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff made sure everything was clean and well-maintained, from the comfortable rooms with two queen beds to the fully stocked toiletries. The location off I-75 was also a major plus, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Lastly, the breakfast served was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return.
